Headstones & Memorials

We are committed to providing the best tribute for your loved one, be it a headstone, plaque or memorial.

We specialise in all types of memorial work, from unique, specially carved memorials through to your more traditional headstones, cremation and burial plaques.

We have a design, size and colour range to suit all budgets. Just let us know your requirements and we can cost it for you.

Often the best place to start is to visit our show room and talk your ideas through with us and we will work with you to create a memorial that will honour your loved one.

Step 1: Memorial style decisions

  1. Memorial Size and Shape: Are there any restrictions
  2. Finish: Polished, Rock or Axed Edges
  3. Spacing: Do you want to leave space for a second inscription at a later date?
  4. Granite Colour: Black, Grey, Blue Pearl, Red, White and many other colours are available.
  5. Inscription: Wording of the inscription is very important – especially if there is to be a later addition.
  6. Font Style: Block letters or script
  7. Lettering Colour: Silver, White, Gold
  8. Base: Matching or contrasting base, Granite or concrete base.
  9. Vase pots: do you want holes for vase pots in the base
  10. Traceries: These are engraved and painted pictures like roses etc.
  11. Engraved images: These are a black and white reproduction of a photo and look best on black granite.
  12. Photo Ceramic: A photo of the person printed on long lasting ceramic.

Step 2: A Proof is Supplied

Upon instruction to proceed, we will produce a proof of your chosen memorial, and work with you to finalize the exact wording and other additions such as artwork or photo ceramic portraits.

A final proof will be provided and when signed off by you, we will go ahead and arrange to have this made for you.

Step 3: Installation

If requested, we can then have the headstone, plaque or memorial installed at the cemetery of your choice.

Step 4: Maintenance

We can also take care of any existing headstone, by re polishing, adding new inscriptions or cleaning them up and repainting the lettering to make them look new again.

Epitaph

  • At Peace
  • The Lord Is My Shepherd
  • Always In Our Hearts
  • Forever Young
  • Lovingly Remembered
  • Of Kind Heart & Generous Spirit
  • God saw that he/she was weary, the hill too steep to climb, so he gently closed his/her eyelids, and whispered “Peace be Thine”
  • Loving you always, forgetting you never
  • “To live in hearts we leave behind Is not to die.”
  • Our Little Angel
  • Forever With The Lord
  • No Longer in Our Lives to share, But in our Hearts, you are always there
  • Peace is Thine and sweet remembrance is ours
  • A Gift sent, not given, to grow on Earth, and bloom in Heaven
  • Our loved ones do not go away, they walk beside us every day.
  • Never forgotten and forever in our hearts
  • Precious Memories always with us
  • Wonderful nature, honest and kind, beautiful memories, left behind
  • You touched the lives of many, but you were only lent, for all angels must return, from whence they were sent.
  • Too well loved to ever be forgotten
  • A life full of years of understanding
  • A Friend to Many and Sadly Missed
  • Loving Memories Last Forever
  • Sadly missed by family and friends
  • Dearly loved and sadly missed by all
  • Rest In Peace
  • An Angel at Rest
  • What we hold in memory, is ours, unchanged forever
  • Memories are like gold, they never tarnish, or grow old
  • Nothing lasts forever, except out love for you.
  • Sacred is the memory of our precious angel
  • Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on
  • Step softly and with care, for a family’s love and memories, are forever resting here
  • Always, All Ways
  • You’re Only a whisper away
  • He/She touched the lives of many
  • Safe In The Arms of Jesus
  • Life is Not Forever, Love Is
